Enter COLLECTIVE GROUND - Virtual sessions where we can practice Somatic Experiencing skills of orienting, grounding, vocal toning, movement and visualizations to help settle and ground our collective and individual nervous systems.
Kathy Cherry teaches meditation classes, works 1:1 as spiritual mentor and is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in training. She also guides Breathwork groups.
Having completed her Intermediate year of SE training and anticipating her final certification in Spring 2021 she's offering these mini group sessions on a sliding scale/donation basis as well as individual 1:1 SE sessions at reduced rates as part of her training.
